Model California Measures
Before you draft a measure, it is helpful to use our Tool for Crafting a Ballot Measure and the Elements of a measure, as well as look at other measures that may be similar to the one you want. We particularly recommend looking at Alameda County for early care measures, Pomona for youth-related measures, San Francisco 2014 for overall strategies regarding baseline budgets and planning, and Oakland College and Career Readiness for All for collaboration between community-based organizations and schools.
